Frequently Asked Questions About Emergency Contact
How quickly can emergency restoration crews arrive at my property?
From our central facility at 19 N Main St #2 in New Berlin, our emergency response vehicles typically arrive within 15 to 45 minutes across Chenango, Otsego, and Madison Counties, including New Berlin, Norwich, Sherburne, Edmeston, and Oneonta.
Do you have online contact forms or do I need to call?
Because fire, smoke, and burst pipe disasters require immediate intervention to stop structural freezing and acidic soot corrosion, we operate strictly by direct phone dispatch. Call (407) 956-1738 to speak directly with an on-duty coordinator 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I visit your office in person for claim documentation?
Our facility at 19 N Main St #2 in New Berlin handles administrative and equipment dispatch operations. Because our project managers are actively deployed across Central NY field sites, we strongly recommend calling (407) 956-1738 in advance to coordinate an in-person meeting or on-site estimate.
